Bianco Rubicone IGP Biologico - Ali Bianco - Podere dell'Angelo

A white wine from the Rubicone area, made from organically grown grapes selected with sustainability in mind. It shows a pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose brings fresh white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, with floral notes and a light touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate it offers refreshing acidity balanced by a soft structure, with fresh fruit flavours and a pleasant mineral note. It works well as an aperitif or with light dishes such as summer salads, fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
