An organic red wine from Podere dell'Angelo, made from Sangiovese on the calcareous and clay hills around Rimini. It is intense ruby red with violet reflections. The aroma has ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, with spice and a light herbal note linked to the growing area. On the palate it is robust yet elegant, with balanced acidity and soft tannins. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and ageing takes place in cement tanks to preserve fruit purity.
