A red wine from Romagna made exclusively from Sangiovese. Late harvesting and careful grape selection are used, with maturation in barrique for more than two years. The wine shows an intense ruby red colour tending towards orange with age. On the palate it is robust yet balanced, with well-integrated tannins and a long persistence. It suits structured dishes such as grilled red meats, stews and aged cheeses.
