Big Peat 15th Anniversary (70cl)

Big Peat 15th Anniversary is an Islay blended malt Scotch whisky, made to mark 15 years of the Big Peat range. It is a limited edition, in a 70cl bottle. Most of the whisky was matured in red wine casks. Peat smoke and a coastal character run through it, alongside dark berries, vanilla and butterscotch. On the palate it is rich and full, with toffee, roasted nuts, dark chocolate and earthy smoke. The finish is long and warming, with spice, dry peat and a little fruit sweetness.
