Bimber Australia Edition is a cask strength London single malt in a 70cl bottle, a single cask release for the Australian market from Bimber Distillery. The distillery makes a young, vibrant style of London single malt.
The barley comes from a farm in Hampshire and is traditionally malted and slowly fermented. The spirit is distilled in copper pots and was matured in an ex-Bourbon cask.
It is described as delicate and aromatic.
