Giants – Wolfgang is a single malt from Bimber, the London craft distillery, bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from cask 554/51, which held tawny port.
The distillery was set up by whisky enthusiasts and uses regional single-farm barley, malt from a traditional malt floor and washbacks built in its own cooperage. Fermentation runs for seven days before distillation in two direct-fired pot stills.
