A single cask bottling from Bimber, the London craft distillery, matured in sherry and bottled at 57.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Bimber was started by whisky enthusiasts who wanted to make single malt with character using methods now rarely seen. It uses regional single-farm barley, malt from a traditional malt floor and washbacks from its own cooperage, with a seven-day fermentation and two direct-fired pot stills.
