A Bimber single malt from cask 458, matured in a PX sherry cask and bottled at 59.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Bimber is a London distillery set up by whisky enthusiasts. Its whisky starts with regional single-farm barley and malt from a traditional malting floor. The washbacks are made in the distillery's own cooperage, fermentation runs for seven days, and the spirit is distilled in two direct-fired pot stills.
