This is a 2019 single malt from Bimber, the London craft distillery, matured in a Moscatel cask and bottled at 58.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The Sea Shepherd name marks the edition.
Bimber was founded by whisky enthusiasts and makes its spirit from regional single-farm barley, malted on a traditional malt floor. Its washbacks come from its own cooperage, fermentation lasts seven days, and distillation takes place in two direct-fired pot stills.
