Bimber – Bourbon Oak Cask Batch No.2 (70cl, 52.2%)

Bimber Bourbon Oak Cask Batch No.2 is the second small batch release of this whisky from Bimber, bottled at 52.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American white oak casks, a wood chosen to sit alongside the distillery's fruit-forward spirit. The oak adds sweet, rich vanilla and caramel, with a well-balanced spice running through. The spirit itself is accessible in character.
