Bimber – Cask #169 Denmark Edition (70cl, 58.7%)

A single cask release from Bimber, the London distillery, bottled exclusively for Denmark. It was drawn from a single ex-bourbon cask, number 169, in October 2020, yielding 263 bottles of 70cl at 58.7% ABV. Bimber was founded by Dariusz and Ewelina, who moved from Poland to the UK in 2003 and opened the distillery in Park Royal, west London. Its first single malt, released in September 2019, was the first whisky distilled and bottled in London for over a century. The barley comes from a single producer and is floor malted.
