Bimber – Cask #191 Australia Edition (70cl)

This is Cask 191 from Bimber, the west London distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled exclusively for Australia, and only 252 bottles were filled. Bimber was started by Dariusz and Ewelina, who moved from Poland to the UK in 2003 and opened the distillery in Park Royal twelve years later. The first casks were laid down on 26 May 2016. All the barley comes from a single producer and is floor malted, and the spirit is run through a 1,000-litre wash still and a 600-litre spirit still made by Hoga of Spain.
