Bimber – Cask #93, French Edition (70cl, 58.5%)

This is a single cask release from Bimber, the London distillery in Park Royal, west London. Cask 93 was a sherry cask, bottled in September 2020 at 58.5% in a 70cl bottle, and it yielded 257 bottles. Bimber was founded by Dariusz and Ewelina, who moved from Poland to the UK in 2003. Its first casks were laid down on 26 May 2016, and its first single malt followed in September 2019, the first whisky distilled and bottled in London for over a century. The barley comes from a single producer, and the stills were made by Hoga of Spain.
