Bimber – Ex-Bourbon Cask Batch #3 (70cl, 51.6%)

This is a single malt from Bimber, matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 51.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Batch 3 is one of 5,000 bottles. Bimber is a London distillery in Park Royal, opened by Dariusz and Ewelina, who moved from Poland to the UK in 2003. It buys all of its barley from a single producer, uses traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation, and distils in a 1,000-litre wash still and a 600-litre spirit still made by Hoga of Spain.
