Bimber – Ex-Bourbon Oak Cask, Batch No. 3

Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Cask Batch No. 3 is a whisky from the Bimber distillery in London, released as the third batch of this expression. It was distilled in small batches and matured in ex-bourbon oak casks, which give the whisky its depth and complexity. Vanilla and caramel are the notes most often associated with it, along with a hint of smoke.
