A single cask English single malt from the Bimber distillery in London, matured in an ex-rye cask and bottled at 58.5% ABV. It was released in 2021 as a France exclusive, chosen by La Maison du Whisky for the Country Collection, and 268 bottles were produced.
The nose carries eucalyptus, apricot, beeswax, chocolate, candied orange, heather honey, rose and petunia. The palate has black liquorice, dark chocolate, malted barley, citrus fruits and spices. The finish is long and velvety, with sweet spice, rose petals, pomegranate and creamy coffee.
