A single bourbon cask English single malt from Bimber, the London distillery, bottled at 58.9% in a 70cl bottle. It is one of 248 bottles, produced for the Netherlands as part of Bimber's 2020 Country Collection.
The nose opens with a hint of nail varnish, then orange marmalade, cinnamon apple sauce, nectarine, kiwi, buttery toffee and milk chocolate. The palate is oily, with tobacco, fresh ginger, liquorice, nutmeg, meringue and caramel, then tinned peaches, pineapple juice and strong black tea. The finish is malty, with lingering spice and a touch of butterscotch.
