It was selected from ex-Bourbon casks, and this is bottle 1 of 1952.
Bimber was opened in the Park Royal area of west London by Dariusz and Ewelina, who moved from Poland to the UK in 2003. Its first casks were laid down on 26 May 2016, and its first single malt followed in September 2019.
