Bimber – Single Malt London Whisky Bourbon Casks Batch 4 (70cl, 51.2%)

Bimber Batch 4 is a London single malt matured in first fill bourbon casks, bottled by the distillery in 2023 at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle. The batch numbers 7000 bottles, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered. The nose has dried apricots and peaches, green apple peel, cornflakes or oats, vanilla sponge, desiccated coconut and freshly toasted bread. The palate opens firmly with creamy vanilla and fruit, ripe apricot and some pear, with a pleasant dry spice and toasted notes from lightly charred wood. The finish keeps its fruit sweetness, tempered by a fine dry spiciness.
