An English single malt from Bimber, the London distillery, bottled from a single Moscatel cask at 59.4% ABV. It yielded 285 bottles and celebrates Green Park station on the London Underground.
Green Park opened in 1906 under the name Dover Street. This is release number four in the Spirit of the Underground series.
The nose is baked apples and peach melba with tonka and coffee beans, and macadamia nuts over gingerbread. The palate combines orchard and stone fruits, moving to orange jelly, pineapple chunks and chocolate and vanilla choux buns. The finish is sustained brown sugar with mentholated oak.
