Bird Dog Hot Cinnamon is a cinnamon-flavoured Canadian whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It has a deep gold, golden amber colour.
Cinnamon runs from start to finish. The nose offers red cinnamon gum and sweets, with sweet, spicy undertones. On the palate, strong cinnamon is balanced by tart fruit, with vanilla, oak and bourbon notes beneath. The finish is warm with cinnamon spice, fading to a mellow caramel.
