Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky (75cl)

Caribou Crossing Single Barrel is a Canadian whisky in which each barrel is bottled individually. It is bottled twice a year, in spring and autumn, at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, and was created by Drew Mayville, master blender for Sazerac. The whisky is aged in oak for many years and selected from an inventory of more than 200,000 barrels. It is described as the first single barrel Canadian whisky. It has a silky texture, with rye spice running through the wood alongside creamy vanilla custard, and a finish of oak with an orangey tang.
