Bitter Pet is an Italian bitter made from a selection of herbs, roots and citrus. It has a vivid red colour and a pleasantly complex nose with notes of red orange, clove and a delicate touch of cinnamon. On the palate it is decisive and well balanced, with evident bitterness that is never overpowering, alongside a subtle sweetness.
