Limoncello della Costiera (70cl, 30%)

Limoncello della Costiera is a lemon liqueur rooted in the Amalfi Coast, made by traditional artisanal methods. It has a bright, almost golden yellow colour. On the nose it shows an intense fragrance of fresh lemon with sugary notes balancing the acidity; on the palate it is lively and refreshing, with a balance of sweetness and sharp lemon acidity. Best served cold, at about 4°C, as a digestif, or used in cocktails and desserts where lemon is the main flavour.
