Bitter Quaglia Berto (1L)

Bitter Quaglia Berto is an Italian bitter from Distilleria Quaglia, established in 1906 in Piedmont. It balances sweetness and bitterness, with a blend of aromatic herbs and roots including china, rhubarb and red orange. The ruby-red bitter is intensely aromatic and complex, revealing its flavours gradually. It can be used in cocktails such as the Negroni or Aperol Spritz, or served cold with an orange slice. It is intended as an aperitif before meals or for sharing with company.
