Black Bottle Andean Oak is a blended Scotch whisky and the third release in The Alchemy Series. It features Andean oak and is bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has dried and ripe fruit over maple syrup and oak. The palate is intense, with layers of vanilla, toasted coconut and caramelised nuts alongside raisins, cherries, nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish is sweet, with a slight touch of smoke.
