Black & White Blended Whisky

Black & White is an old-style blended Scotch whisky made from a selection of Scottish whiskies, with a high proportion of grain whisky. James Buchanan created the brand, reportedly getting the idea on his way home from a dog show. The Scottie and Westie on the label were added in the 1890s and became its recognisable symbols. The nose has sour citrus, sharp grain and biscuits with a touch of peat. The palate brings sugary dried fruit, young oak, vanilla, caramel and lemon.
