The nose is rich with black raisins, carob, oak honey and melted butter, with subtle smoky touches of peat. The palate is creamy and oily, with deep molasses, golden raisins, nuts and prunes, set against a balanced salty background.
The finish is medium to long, with toasted caramel, oak, sweet lemon and spiced malt.
