Peat Reek Embers is a peated single malt from the Special Reserve series by Blackadder, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in an Oloroso sherry butt and measures 50 PPM.
It was bottled at cask strength, 59.2%, in March 2022, without chill-filtration or colouring. Although it is firmly peated, the whisky does not come from Islay.
