Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon is named as a tribute to the five keys that once hung on the door of the Stitzel-Weller Distillery. The keys stood for the five steps of making bourbon: grains, yeast, fermentation, distillation and ageing. They also came to symbolise southern hospitality and warmth. It is deep amber in colour. The nose has a classic apple and banana note, and the palate is medium in weight, with firm apricot, sultanas and autumn fruits alongside granola. The finish is easy, with spicy caramel at the end.
