This is a 14-year-old single malt from Blair Athol, distilled in 2008 and bottled by Goldfinch. It is bottled at 52% ABV in a 700ml bottle.
After maturation it spent 18 months finishing in French red wine barriques.
The nose offers marzipan, dark chocolate, dried fruit and cinnamon. On the palate come roasted nuts, mocha, vanilla fudge and nutmeg, and the finish brings red fruit and maple syrup.
