This is a Highland single malt from Blair Athol, bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd as a single cask release in a 70cl bottle at 54.1% ABV. It was distilled in 2009, matured in a bourbon hogshead and bottled in 2022, with 256 bottles filled. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers baking spices and stewed apple. The palate is spicy and oaky, complex, with pear and light apple. The finish carries pear, grilled lime and wood polish.
