Blair Athol lies south of Pitlochry, an area often described as the gateway to the Highlands. Its ivy-covered stone buildings have stood on the site since 1798.
The nose balances dried and fresh fruit: tart green apples, pear drops and melon, with sticky toffee pudding and spiced crème caramel from the cask. The palate is creamy, with more sweet dried fruit, spice, ground coffee and plum jam.
