Blanton's Gold Single Barrel

Blanton's Gold is a single barrel bourbon made from a sour mash of corn, rye and malted barley. It is matured in American white oak casks. The nose is powerful and dry, with honey, rye, dried fruits, vanilla and chocolate. On the palate it is full and rich, with sharp apricot alongside butter, pepper, honey and oak. The finish is long, with toffee apples that develop into pecan and caramel.
