Booker's 25th Anniversary Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon marking 25 years of Booker's, the bourbon Booker Noe created in 1988. It is made at James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont from extra-aged barrels, and bottled at natural proof, uncut and unfiltered.
The nose combines deep vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and a warm grain sweetness. The palate is bold, with dark caramel, dried fruit, baking spice and concentrated oak, and the long, warming finish carries vanilla, oak and spice.
