The first release in the Little Book series, and the debut whiskey from Freddie Noe, eighth generation of the Beam family and grandson of Booker Noe. It came out in October 2017 and is bottled at 128.2 proof (64.1%), uncut and unfiltered.
It is a blended straight whiskey, not a bourbon. Four straight whiskeys, one for each grain in a traditional bourbon mashbill, are blended together: a 13 year old corn whiskey from used barrels, a 4 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, and straight rye and straight malt whiskeys of about 6 years from new charred barrels. No neutral spirit, colouring or flavouring is added. It comes in the black Little Book wood box with a glass panel.
