Little Book Chapter 3 "The Road Home" Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 61.3%)

Chapter 3 of Freddie Noe's annual Little Book series, released in September 2019, is a blended straight bourbon bottled at 61.3% (122.6 proof). It takes its name from the road Freddie drives to the distillery each day, the same one his grandfather Booker Noe drove, and it honours Booker. The blend is built entirely from the four bourbons Booker created for the Jim Beam Small Batch Bourbon Collection: a 9 year old Knob Creek, a 9 year old Basil Hayden's, an 11 year old Booker's and a 12 year old Baker's. All are at barrel strength, uncut and unfiltered. Freddie tested 57 recipes and settled on number 51. It comes in the dark wood Little Book box.
