Little Book Chapter 5 "The Invitation" is the 2021 release in Freddie Noe's annual Little Book series, and the fifth chapter. Noe is an eighth-generation Beam and grandson of Booker Noe. This blended straight whiskey draws only on Beam whiskeys and is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 58.4% ABV (116.8 proof), in a 750ml bottle. The blend has four components: a 2-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon distilled at a very low proof, a 3-year-old malted rye, a 5-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon and a 15-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon. The youngest bourbon is creamy and viscous, the rye adds peppery spice and toasted grain, the 5-year-old brings vanilla and corn sweetness, and the oldest contributes mature oak and tannic depth.
