Jim Beam Peach Bourbon Liqueur (75cl, 32.5%)

Jim Beam Peach is a flavoured bourbon liqueur from Kentucky, made by combining peach liqueur with Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is bottled at 65 proof (32.5%) in a 750ml bottle. The approach starts with the peach liqueur and folds the bourbon into it, which gives a more fruit-led character than bourbons that simply have flavour added. The bourbon behind it uses a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. The nose offers ripe peach, light caramel, vanilla and gentle oak. The palate is smooth and sweet, with juicy peach, soft caramel, vanilla and a little bourbon warmth. The finish is mellow, with lingering peach sweetness and a touch of oak spice.
