Little Book Chapter 4 "Lessons Honored" (75cl, 61.4%)

Little Book Chapter 4 "Lessons Honored" is a blended straight whiskey from Freddie Noe, released in August 2020. It is a tribute to his father, Fred Noe, seventh generation Beam Master Distiller, and to the years they worked together at the James B. Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is bottled at 61.4% ABV (122.8 proof), uncut and unfiltered. The blend combines three Kentucky straight whiskeys: a 4-year-old brown rice bourbon from Freddie's first solo distillation, an 8-year-old high-rye rye whiskey, and a 7-year-old bourbon that Fred helped select. The blue hang tag on the neck nods to the Kentucky Wildcats, the team both men support.
