Booker's 7 Year Old 2025-01E is a Kentucky straight bourbon, the export version of the 2025-01 batch known as Barry's Batch. It is aged for just over seven years and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 63.15% ABV (126.3 proof), in a 750ml bottle.
The bourbon follows the bold Beam house profile, with an oily texture. Roasted peanuts, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon spice, toasted oak and dark brown sugar are the flavours noted, and the finish is long and warming.
