Bosca Tosti Cardamaro is an Italian vino amaro from Piemonte, crafted by Bosca Tosti. Unlike spirit-based amari, it is rooted in a wine base, typically local Piemonte wines, infused with botanicals including cardoon and blessed thistle. After infusion it is rested in new oak for at least six months.
