Boulder Spirits Bottled In Bond is an American single malt whiskey from Colorado, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is described as one of the first American single malts to be bottled in bond. The distillery holds that its whiskey tastes best at 50% ABV, and that Colorado's climate has a strong influence on how the whiskey ages. The nose is rich and developed. On the palate there are dark molasses, toasted bread, faint fig and raspberry, and cocoa dust, leading to a spicy, long and lasting finish.
