Bowsaw is a straight corn American whiskey made in Kentucky and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from corn and has a creamy character.
The name nods to whiskey tradition. A bowsaw is the cooper's saw used to cut the heads of the barrels in which whiskey is matured.
