Brana Eau de Vie de Clémentine de Corse (70cl, 44%)

Brana Eau de Vie de Clémentine de Corse is a fruit eau de vie from the family distillery at Ossès in the Pays Basque, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It aims for a pure expression of the fruit rather than a flavoured spirit. The clementines come from small Corsican plantations, carry the IGP Clémentine de Corse and are grown organically. They travel to the Basque Country in a refrigerated lorry, are cut by hand and macerated in a carefully chosen spirit. The distillery tastes the maceration regularly and only starts distilling once the balance is right, protecting the freshness, essential oils and zesty character of the citrus.
