A Piedmontese brandy from Distilleria Berta, distilled from selected pomace in copper stills. Ageing in wooden casks gives warm notes of vanilla, sweet spices and faint fruit, with a velvety softness. On the palate it is balanced, elegant and persistent, suited to moments of contemplation or to desserts with chocolate and dried fruit.
