Bridgeland Distillery – Innisfail Single Pot Still Whisky

Bridgeland Distillery Innisfail is a single pot still whisky made from a mixed mash that includes raw and malted barley and oats. It is distilled three times and aged in a mix of new and used American and French oak casks. It is bottled without additives, colouring or chill filtration. The nose offers orchard fruits, particularly apple and pear, with a subtle lingering sweetness. The palate is floral, sweet and delicate with a thick mouthfeel and hints of baked spices. The finish lingers, with a hint of sherry.
