Brunn Classic CL-1.1 is an organic single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv, made entirely at the Nusbaumer distillery in the Alsace part of the Vosges. The distillery draws on the spring waters of the region.
It was aged entirely in white Burgundy casks, then reduced slowly in stages before bottling without alteration or chill filtration.
