Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes in a 1 litre bottle at 40% ABV. It is made at Buffalo Trace Distillery on the banks of the Kentucky River, where bourbon has been produced for more than 200 years.
The nose is spicy and sweet, with caramel, creamy toffee eclairs, cinnamon, rum spice and cereal sweetness. The palate offers brown sugar, toffee apple, sweet oak, custard, oily espresso beans, a touch of chocolate-covered raisins and toasty wood. The finish is of good length, with sweet spices, cinnamon gum and toffee.
