Bulleit 95 Rye is an American rye whiskey made from at least 51% rye. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
The aroma brings spice, pepper and a light sweetness, with caramel, vanilla and oak behind. On the palate it is sharp and spicy, led by the rye, with cinnamon, clove and black pepper, a touch of sweetness and a pleasantly dry note.
The finish is medium in length and dry, with a warming spice, and a faint oak note and light sweetness in the background.
